Their team is always efficient fast and friendly when completing their tasks. And they have always answered any questions I might have regarding my […]
Hi Greg, we just wanted to let you know how happy we are that we had you do the rebuild of our pool. Everything […]

I will tell you, very impressive young man Shane you sent out for the cut-ins. I have done most of my service with Mirage for the last number of years but Pioneer has our business back because of you, Shane and Louie!
I just want to send you a quick e-mail on behalf of my wife, Petra and myself complimenting the efforts of the team at Pioneer Pools Hamilton. Now to speak on your generosity. As you are aware we are doing a Fundraiser event for Power At Work, who in turn does missions in Guatemala. I thought I had nothing to lose in asking for a donation for our fundraiser. I honestly thought at most we would get a floaty, and I might […]

We have been enjoying our pool and the process has been quicker than expected. We would recommend Pioneer pools to others.
Two years ago I decided to get an inground pool and separate hot tub. I am so happy with the way they constructed my pool. Thanks Jay, Jordan, and Greg for making my backyard look like an oasis!

Good Morning Jeremy… Well the liner is in and the pool is full. Chris certainly is an ambassador for Pioneer Pools. I believe he goes way beyond your expectations. Chris from Paradigm Pools & Spas made the whole planning process feel effortless. He is very knowledgeable and was always there to answer every question we had. We were nervous, as it’s a big investment and our first pool, but he walked us through every step of the way. The installation went exactly as scheduled […]
We are very proud of our backyard, and will enjoy for many years, creating thousands of memories with our family & friends. Should a client ever wish to come by and see your work, our gate is always open to you. The ‘Proof Is In the Pool!’
From the first time we walked into the Hamilton store, we were greeted by Rose, and had great customer service by Dale. Then Ali went above and beyond to book us an installation date that worked well for us. The Crew was great, and after they finished, Chris Lukasik has always returned our phone calls, […]

Mike, I would just like to say a “final thanks” for the terrific job Pioneer did on the pool, and how pleased we are with the results. You were very helpful in the scoping/selection process and throughout the entire project. The price was fair. The quality of the system is excellent. Don and team were […]

The team at Koho Pools were so professional and accommodating. The hand-holding, ‘worry-free’ professional approach of Koho Pools far exceeded our expectations. Many thanks for the spectacular job.
Great job!! A+++++ Mom is very pleased but let me tell you it was difficult keeping her in the house!!!….she wanted to get her little paws right in there to help the guys out! What a firecracker she is. All is good and she really likes the way everything looks. Now she’s reorganizing some shrubs […]
December 6th is “Nikolaus Tag” day, celebrated by Southern Bavarian Germans, where children receive a visit from Father Christmas and get some yummy treats. Low and behold, we were at Mom’s having our little traditional celebration when a package arrived from Paradigm Pools & Spas! It was a yummy box of truffles/chocolates!! What great timing […]
We had our pool installed in October of 2020, during the pandemic. We reached out to Bryn Evans in April of 2020, and he was simply amazing. He was prompt, thorough, professional, and such a great guy. Bryn drew us a wonderful design, and made really good suggestions based on his years of experience and […]
