It can also work as a replacement lid for all specialty faceplates. The Skimmer Plug will provide a simple and easy to use to winterize your inground skimmer. The Skimmer Plug™ securely fits into the skimmer opening using our exclusive 3/4″ thick Rovaseal™ thermo insulated layer will plug and “grip” the faceplate, creating a 100% air/water-tight seal. Ice is no match for the Skimmer Plugs rigid outer plate, providing a durable and secure layer of protection through the winter.
