All pools installed by Paradigm Pools feature a Structural Lifetime Warranty. This warranty is backed by the pool components manufacturer.
The pool components manufacturer guarantees that the entire wall and supporting structure of all inground pools will be free from manufacturing defects and will perform satisfactorily for as long as the original purchaser owns the pool.
The pool components manufacturer guarantees that the coping on all inground pools is free from manufacturing defects and will perform satisfactorily for as long as the original purchaser owns the pool.
All concrete bottoms installed by Paradigm Pools are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship and will perform satisfactorily under normal ground conditions for as long as the original purchaser owns the pool.
All underground plumbing in your inground pool is guaranteed not to leak under normal operating conditions for as long as the original purchaser owns the pool, provided that the pool is winterized professionally.
Concrete decks installed by Paradigm Pools are guaranteed to be free of settlement and to remain tight against the coping for as long as the original purchaser owns the pool.
The system is designed to minimize shrinkage and cracking. Due to the inherent nature of concrete, some hairline cracking can occur and is considered normal.
Please note that pool backyard drainage is a major contributing factor of concrete problems.
The above warranties cover both the cost of materials and labour.
Liners are guaranteed to be free from original defects in workmanship and materials, and not separate at the seams for as long as the original purchaser owns the pool. Should an original defect or seam separation occur, the manufacturer will rectify the problem at their own cost, or offer a replacement liner in accordance with the following cost sharing schedule:

These guarantees are in lieu of all others expressed or implied. No representative or other person is authorized or permitted to make guarantees or to assume liability not strictly in accordance with the terms as shown on the Guarantee Certificate, and this warranty is contingent on full payment of the original purchase price being made by the purchaser.
All guarantees or warranties are void if pool or equipment is abused, or if proper maintenance, installation, and winterizing procedures are not followed or if proper chemical care of the pool water is not maintained.
All warranty claims must be submitted to the Paradigm Pools office, and must be accompanied by a duly executed original copy of the Pool Sale Agreement.
